I was a fish that morning, playing in the scorching sun. My trees were the corals, and the seas were my playground. My legs and arms were beginning to hurt, so I swam over to the wooden platforms. I took a break to admire the view; the emerald blue waters sparkled and the trees glowed in the sunlight. Through my feet, I can feel the warmth of the sun on the wood. I was back to being human. I rummaged through my bag for my water bottle. I was so thirsty that I drank the entire bottle of water in one gulp. My hands slipped as I was putting the bottle back into my bag. The bottle cap rolled into the water and sank. The guy next to me warned, "Pick that up or a fish will choke on it." I fought back, "That's too big for a fish to choke on." I didn't care in the first place. I'm not a fish at all. That is not my concern. I decided to return for a second swim. The water was cool and pleasant, and I was once again a fish. When a boat passed by, I was lying on my back, kicking my feet in the water. I was swallowed by a large wave, causing me to choke on the water. I was taken aback by the fact that a boat could splash water as large as a tsunami. My head was above water once more, and my lungs were gasping for air, when another wave slammed into me. Slowly, the wave swallowed me up, and I noticed a dark blue round shape swimming towards my face. The shape went inside my mouth, which was open and gasping for air. I started crying for help because I was choking. I was drowning, and no one around me seemed to notice. I was helpless as a group of girls swam right past me. I let myself be drowned by the water, and I was really a fish.
